Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel great about your purchase. While we don’t offer refunds, we’re happy to provide a one-time exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging.

Exchanges must be for an item of equal or greater value.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We provide detailed measurements, 24 high-quality images from every angle, and a video filmed in natural daylight to ensure complete transparency. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all measurements carefully before purchasing.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at purpleshoshanafurs@yahoo.com before returning the item. Because we ship almost exclusively internationally, returns must follow our instructions to avoid full customs duties and delays. We’ll provide the correct labeling and steps for a smooth return. Unauthorized or improperly declared packages may incur high import fees, which will be deducted from your store credit.
